Getting a Library Card

Persons 18 or older may obtain a library card by producing two forms of identification.

• Picture ID, such as a driver's license or military ID.

• Proof of physical address, such as recent utility bill or correspondence.
  (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
   

Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent sign for them.
Young children are eligible for a card when they are able to legibly sign their name.

Huntsville Public Library accepts TexShare cards from other libraries.
This card allows use of the library for citizens living anywhere in Texas.
